These Terms govern your use of SnapInvoice (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

SnapInvoice is a browser-based tool that helps you create invoices and download them as PDFs. Your invoice data, clients, and logo are entered and stored locally in your browser; they are never uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your invoices and for complying with the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you.

Pricing & Payment

SnapInvoice is a one-time purchase of $2.99 for unlimited PDF downloads and edits. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and applicable taxes. We never receive or store your card details.

Refunds

Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to use. You may not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading documents, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you enter and the documents you create. Because your data stays in your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own copies and records.

Disclaimers

The Service is a document-formatting tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for the correctness and legal compliance of every invoice you produce.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapInvoice and its operators will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
